Our knives are made by traditional forging, in which molten steel is hammered many times into the shape of knives by hand without die casting.
We manufacture knives to meet customer’s requirement such as budget, use and steel materials. A various type of knives with the size and thickness as customers require are also able to made to order. Please note that we currently take only an order of Japanese style knife.
