“Maguro (Tuna) hatchet“ used at Maguro shop in the fish market
This is the Maguro hatchet with both side blade. It is used at maguro shops for exclusive use. Maguro hatchet can cut maguro tail and hard, thick bones in two with one stroke.
It is called “Masakari”(a broadax) in the market because it looks Masakari which Kintaro carries.
